East Timor Armed Forces Chiefs of Staff, Gen.Taur Matan Ruak visits FAA
divisions
East Timor Armed Forces chief of staff, Gen. Taur Matan Ruak, is meeting
Thursday in Luanda with the commanders of the three branches of Angolan army
land forces, airforce and navy) to learn about their functioning and structures.
On an official visit to Angola since Tuesday, Gen. Ruak will first meet with
Faa's land forces chief of staff, followed by those of Airforce and Navy.
In the afternoon, the General and his delegation will visit higher military
training institute before travelling on Saturday to central Bie and Benguela
provinces.
On Sunday, its last visiting day, the military delegation will tour some
local touristic resorts before leaving for East Timor.
