INDON GENERAL'S INDICTMENT AGAIN POSTPONED
Jakarta, April 24 (ANTARA) - Indonesia's ad hoc human rights tribunal
postponed again on Thursday the indictment of former chief of the Udayana
regional military command, Maj Gen Adam Damiri, who is in Aceh province
for a working visit.
The tribunal first postponed Damiri's indictment last week because the
prosecutor was not ready with his charges.
Damiri, currently serving as assistant for operations of the Indonesian
military headquarters, is accused of committing gross violation of human
rights in East Timor.
