overwhelmingly in the vote on Wednesday (18/2) after a profound debate in
the Parliament.

Timor Leste 19 February 2009 - The Timorese Acting Police Commander,
Inspector Afonso de Jesus, said the Police Command had made a decision to
provisionally suspend the Rapid Police Intervention Unit (UIR) commander
from his post, upon suspicion that he was involved in some cases claimed
by the residents.
