ETRA is in the process of creating a web page of international campaign action - like a
calendar, worldwide, of East Timorese and solidarity activist actions.
This will be a useful reference point for groups to check out what other groups are
doing, gain ideas and inspiration from this and get in touch with each other about what
works and what doesn't. We'd like to have a useful page up and running well before Nov. 12
this year.
To this end we are asking groups (and all of you) to send basic details about their
upcoming actions/events (or actions of groups you are aware of but who don't themselves
use the internet) - ie. who, what, where, when (and how much if appropriate), and contact
details of organisation
This will be a basic reference point - if you already post such details on your
organisation's own website, it would still be useful to have it as part of an overall
calendar (and we can place a link to your site for more details)
